The Old Manse – Middleham

Booking and Availability

All bookings and availability for The Old Manse are managed through Yorkshire Hideaways. Guests wishing to reserve the property will be redirected to the Yorkshire Hideaways booking platform, where the full booking process and payment terms are handled.

By making a booking through Yorkshire Hideaways, guests agree to their booking conditions and policies.

Occupancy

The Old Manse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are determined by Yorkshire Hideaways and will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Guests are asked to respect these times to allow for property preparation between stays.

Children and Infants

Children and infants are welcome at The Old Manse. A high chair and travel cot are available upon request. Guests should bring their own bedding for the travel cot.

Pets

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property. An additional charge may apply per dog. Guests are asked to ensure pets are supervised at all times and that the property and garden are left clean and tidy.

Care of the Property

Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents during their stay. Any damage or breakages should be reported as soon as possible.

The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure.

Use of the Property

The Old Manse is intended for holiday accommodation only. The property may not be used for parties, events or commercial activities without prior written agreement.

Guests are asked to respect neighbours and the quiet character of the village.

Parking

Free on-street parking is available in front of the property and additional free parking can be found within the village of Middleham.

Liability

The owners of The Old Manse cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to guests’ belongings during their stay, except where caused by negligence.

Guests are advised to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.

This website provides information about The Old Manse. All reservations, payments and cancellation policies are handled by Yorkshire Hideaways, whose booking terms apply to all confirmed stays.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The applicable terms will be those in place at the time of booking through Yorkshire Hideaways.
